What your number actually means
Five bands, in plain language, with the same honesty about their limits as about what they show.
Your score comes from a hundred short questions about daily habits, routine, and outlook. It's added up and placed into one of the five bands below nothing is weighted differently or scored on a curve. The band descriptions are written to be read on their own, even if you land right on the edge between two of them.
Forever young
This band shows up whenever someone answers instinctively rather than performing seriousness. It correlates loosely with actual age among teenagers, but plenty of adults land here too — usually the ones who haven't been talked out of enjoying themselves. It says nothing about how capable or responsible you are in the parts of life this quiz doesn't ask about.
Young at heart
The most populated band, and the one closest to a genuine average across the questions above. People here tend to have real routines and real responsibilities, and just as readily set them aside. If this is your result, it likely says more about which questions you enjoyed answering than about how old you feel most days.
Right on schedule
The middle of the curve. Roughly half your answers lean toward structure and half toward play, and there's nothing to read into that beyond the obvious: you're managing a life with both fun and admin in it, like most people who take this.
Old soul
This band leans toward planning, patience, and a preference for the familiar over the new. It shows up among people who are, by the calendar, quite young, and it's absent in plenty of people who are not. Read it as a description of temperament, not a verdict on how much fun you're allowed to have.
Wise beyond your years
The far end of the scale. Getting here means consistently choosing the calmer, more considered option across every category — sleep, money, conflict and free time alike. It's rare, and it isn't a diagnosis of anything except a strong, settled sense of what you actually like.
What the number can't tell you
It can't tell you how intelligent, kind, or capable you are. It can't predict how you'll behave tomorrow, and it isn't stable mood, tiredness, and which examples come to mind all shift it a little. It is a snapshot of a hundred small preferences on one particular day, nothing more.
