Cookie policy
A clear list of what is stored on your device when you use this site, who puts it there, why, and how you can control it.
This page lists what is stored on your device and why. Our privacy policy explains the wider picture.
The short version
- We store a small amount of data to save your quiz progress and to remember your cookie choice.
- Google Analytics and Google AdSense load only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, they do not load.
- Google Analytics is used for anonymous, aggregate page statistics.
- Google AdSense and its partners may use advertising cookies to show and limit ads.
- You can change your choice at any time, using the button further down this page.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Local storage is a similar feature built into your browser that lets a site save small pieces of information. Both can help a site remember things between visits. On this page we use the word "cookies" to cover both, and the table below states clearly which is which.

Common questions
Will the quiz still work if I decline cookies?
Yes. The quiz will still work. The only difference is that your progress may not be saved between visits.
Do you store my name or email in these cookies?
No. The items listed in the table above do not contain your name or email address. See our privacy policy for full detail.
Why does the site show ads?
Ads help cover the cost of running the site and keep the quiz free. Advertising cookies are provided by Google AdSense and partners, and you can limit personalised ads using Google Ad Settings.
Will this policy change?
It may, for example if we add or remove a service. When it changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
